Q: What does it mean when it says the price is for one setup/location only?
A: This means the price covers delivery and setup at one location. If you want the item moved to another spot—like from the ceremony site to the reception—there will be an additional fee for the extra move.

Q: What if I want to see an altar, arch, or backdrop in person before renting?
A: Due to their large size and the logistics involved, we don’t offer in-person viewings for these items. However, we provide high-quality photos and videos to give you a clear idea of how each piece looks so you can feel confident in your rental choice.

Q: Can you create a custom altar, arch, or backdrop for my event?
A: Yes, we can design a custom piece for you with at least 3–4 months' notice and for an additional fee. Custom designs are still part of our rental inventory, so the item would not be yours to keep, but it would be tailored specifically for your event. Feel free to reach out with your vision, and we’ll let you know what’s possible!
